EvoShield Summer Schedule Released
I have been asked again to play for the 2016 EvoShield Canes 15u North team. Schedule consists of games at Virginia Tech, WWBA, GW University and University of Maryland. See schedule here.
Current: Fall Pitching Program
Completed an extensive 7 week 3 times a week 2 hour velocity program. The program was a one of a kind combination of rotational strength training, shoulder/elbow conditioning, overload/underload throwing programs, and speed and conditioning executed by trainers. Completed the program with a significant bump in velocity of 7mph.
